KOTAI Slurry Purification Units and Bentonite Pumps Packed for Delivery to Nigeria

Qingdao Kotai Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. has completed the packaging and sealing of a batch of complete slurry treatment equipment. The shipment includes two mainstream slurry purification models, KZX-150 and KZX-250, as well as supporting bentonite pump units. After complete machine commissioning and full-item factory inspection, all equipment is fully prepared for shipment to the project site in Nigeria, delivering integrated complete solutions for on-site engineering slurry circulation and treatment.

KZX-150 Slurry Purification Unit

The KZX-150 unit features a rated slurry processing capacity of 150m³/h with a separation particle size of 40μm and a slag screening capacity ranging from 15t/h to 40t/h. After purification, the sand content of the treated slurry is lower than 3%, and the water content of screened residue is controlled within 30%. Adopting a compact overall structure, the equipment measures 2.5×1.75×2.45m and weighs 2300kg, enabling convenient hoisting and site transfer. It is widely applicable to medium and small-scale projects, including small and medium-sized pile foundation construction, pipe jacking, river dredging and sand washing recovery. The equipment effectively reduces on-site bentonite consumption and cuts the cost of residue transportation.

KZX-250 Slurry Purification Unit

As a high-flow processing model, the KZX-250 unit delivers a slurry treatment capacity of 250m³/h, a separation particle size of 60μm and a slag screening capacity of 25t/h to 80t/h. Equipped with a full 58kW power system, it supports 24-hour continuous and stable operation. Tailored for high-load construction scenarios such as large-scale bridge pile foundations, shield tunneling and large-diameter slurry pipe jacking, the unit maintains stable separation performance even when handling slurry with high specific gravity and high sand content, fully meeting the tight construction schedules of large engineering projects.
