Equipped with high-precision facilities including CNC flame cutting machines, CNC plasma cutting machines and laser cutting machines, we realize automated precision cutting of steel plates and fixed-size processing of profiles. Smooth cutting edges and high dimensional accuracy lay a solid foundation for subsequent forming and welding procedures.

Equipped with automatic welding robots, submerged arc welding machines, gas metal arc welding equipment and other professional facilities, we adopt standardized welding procedures and professional non-destructive testing to ensure well-formed welds with stable structural strength that fully meet the high load-bearing and anti-vibration requirements of construction machinery structural components.

Using high-precision equipment including CNC machining centers, CNC boring and milling machines and drilling machines, we conduct finish machining on key mating surfaces and mounting holes of structural components, guaranteeing precise dimensional and geometric tolerances and improving assembly accuracy and part interchangeability.

Workpiece surfaces are strengthened by automatic shot blasting equipment to remove scale, rust and surface contaminants, which helps optimize surface roughness, enhance coating adhesion, and improve the fatigue resistance and service life of structural components.

We implement a standardized painting process consisting of primer, intermediate coat and topcoat, using specialized anti-corrosion and anti-rust coatings.
