The KD015W delivered in this batch is a core 1.5ton compact compaction model. Developed for confined‑space working conditions, it balances compaction performance, maneuverability and operating economy. Equipped with a full‑hydraulic dual‑drive system, the machine delivers a maximum exciting force of 30kN with dual‑vibration modes. It handles both asphalt paving compaction and earth backfill compaction, realizing multi‑job‑site capability with one single machine.

With an operating weight of 1500kg and a theoretical gradeability of 30%, the compact unit moves flexibly in job sites inaccessible to large‑size equipment, such as narrow roadways, parking lots, garden renovation projects and trench backfill works. It is well‑suited for fragmented and small‑scale pavement construction. Powered by a Changchai diesel engine, it ensures stable power output with fuel consumption as low as 1.6L per hour, effectively cutting customers’ long‑term operating costs.

For enhanced reliability, the KD015W is fitted with a 120L large‑capacity water sprinkling tank to meet water‑spray anti‑adhesion requirements during asphalt construction. It adopts the BMER475 travel motor together with the TONHIW hydraulic system. Durable hydraulic components help lower failure rates and reduce later‑stage maintenance costs, supporting long‑hour continuous operation on construction sites. Featuring a 1000mm‑wide drum and a vibration frequency of 70Hz, it adopts well‑calibrated compaction parameters to guarantee high‑quality pavement finishing.
