It delivers excellent cooling performance, energy conservation and noise reduction, ensuring continuous operation without overheating under high-temperature environments and full-load working conditions.

Adopts imported high-torque travel reducer to ensure stable and reliable paving travel. The crawler is equipped with automatic hydraulic tensioning for easier and worry-free operation. It features lifetime maintenance-free crawler guide wheels. The flexible start control for paving reduces impact on mechanical components, extends service life of the equipment and improves paving quality.

The material conveying and distributing system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control, which stabilizes the material level in the auger trough, improves construction efficiency and ensures superior paving flatness.

Equipped with a 3-8.2m full-width telescopic screed, no splicing plates are required for immediate deployment, delivering convenience and high efficiency. The telescopic screed is fitted with a hydraulic step difference adjustment mechanism to complete height adjustment with one click without stopping operation. It is also equipped with a hydraulic camber adjusting device, enabling rapid one-touch camber adjustment and on-the-go camber regulation during paving. The material level at the telescopic section is controlled by hydraulic baffles with one-click lifting and lowering, achieving timely material level management and effectively ensuring paving quality. The electrically heated screed adopts variable-frequency heating technology, with a 40kW high-power generator, supporting low-speed heating and synchronous heating during paving.
