The KAP835 paver can be equipped with assembled screed and telescopic screed devices. It features high power reserve, premium configuration, high precision, high reliability, multi-functionality, convenience and high efficiency, and is widely used in municipal maintenance and rural road paving operations.
Equipped with a 154 kW Cummins engine that complies with China National Stage III emission standards, it meets construction requirements under extreme conditions such as high altitude and low temperature.
The cooling fan adopts hydrodynamic coupling temperature-sensitive control with speed adjusted on demand. It delivers excellent cooling performance, energy conservation and noise reduction, ensuring continuous operation without overheating under high-temperature environments and full-load working conditions.
Adopts imported high-torque travel reducer for stable and reliable paving travel. The crawler features automatic hydraulic tensioning with large ground contact area and outstanding longitudinal stability, and is fitted with maintenance-free crawler guide wheels.
The material conveying and distributing system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control, which stabilizes the material level in the auger trough, improves construction efficiency and ensures superior paving flatness.
It can be fitted with a telescopic screed with a maximum mechanical extension of 8 meters. A full-width hydraulic telescopic screed is optional, enabling one-touch hydraulic adjustment of camber, step height and material control baffle, with a full telescopic range up to 7.5 meters.
