KD126HF vibratory road roller is a tandem double-drum vibratory roller. It is mainly used for compaction of asphalt concrete, cement concrete and other surface layers in the construction of high-grade highways, airports, parking lots and other projects, and is also suitable for compacting subgrade and sub-base materials.
Adopting a closed hydraulic system composed of Danfoss high-pressure piston pumps and motors, the roller delivers excellent driving performance and strong climbing capacity. Hydraulic stepless speed regulation enables operation at the optimal speed under various working conditions.
Weichai and Cummins engines are optional.
The vibrating drum adopts a four-point supported inner cylinder type vibration chamber structure with high strength and excellent rigidity. It is equipped with impact-resistant reinforced imported vibration bearings to ensure stable bearing performance. The elaborately designed bearing housing with lubrication channels delivers superior lubrication and heat dissipation. Even under heavy alternating loads, the vibration bearings maintain stable performance and long-term reliability, ensuring high construction efficiency.
Adopting a closed vibration system composed of Danfoss vibration pumps and vibration motors, the machine features dual frequency and dual amplitude. With a scientifically matched linear static load and excitation force, it achieves efficient compaction for various materials and paving layers of different thicknesses.
Large‑capacity water tank supports continuous operation. Equipped with three-stage filtration and an electronically controlled pressure water spraying system, it allows switching between continuous and intermittent water spraying modes.
