The KD04 Double Drum Vibratory Roller features a compact and flexible body with a small turning radius, enabling smooth operation in narrow spaces and efficient, convenient transit. Its dual-drum vibration ensures uniform compaction without wheel marks, effectively improving the flatness and density of asphalt pavement. With a small turning radius, it operates flexibly in narrow spaces, ideal for compaction work such as trench backfilling. It easily accesses areas unreachable by large road rollers, eliminates compaction dead angles and ensures excellent compaction quality.
Equipped with Japan Kubota engine, it features reliable quality, superior performance and fuel efficiency.
It adopts stepless speed regulation for forward and reverse travel. Buttons for vibration and water spraying are integrated on the control handle for convenient operation. The streamlined and humanized handle ensures comfortable and easy control. A neutral safety mechanism is equipped for engine starting to guarantee safe operation.
Equipped with American Danfoss orbital hydraulic motor for dual-drive travel. The drum vibration is driven by Danfoss gear motor, which can be activated with one simple button.
The compact and reasonable overall structure simplifies daily upkeep. Routine maintenance can be completed by a single operator, cutting labor input and long-term operation costs.
