The KRZ500 cold recycler is a multi-functional road construction equipment. It is applicable to the on-site mixing operation of stabilized soil for the base and sub-base courses in projects such as highways, urban roads, squares, docks and parking lots. It mixes fillers, cement, lime and other materials with natural soil to improve the mechanical and physical properties of the soil, and allows adding stones with a particle size below 40mm into the mixed materials.
It is also suitable for the construction of low-grade old roads, namely the crushing, upgrading and reconstruction of damaged asphalt or stabilized soil roadbeds with a thickness not exceeding 200mm.
Weichai engine or Cummins engine is optional.
Adopting world-class hydraulic pumps and motors from Sauer of the United States ensures high efficiency and high reliability of the whole machine.
The mixing tools adopt bullet cutter bits from Kennametal (USA) or Wirtgen (Germany), featuring excellent durability and long service life.
The cab is spacious and comfortable with a wide field of vision and easy operation.
