Garbage compactor is a special construction machine dedicated to sanitary landfills. It flattens, crushes and compacts garbage by means of its own weight and toothed rollers, so as to increase landfill capacity and extend the service life of landfill sites.
This series of garbage compactors are self-propelled articulated four-wheel ultra-heavy compaction machinery. Featuring strong climbing capacity, excellent compaction performance and high operating efficiency, they are mainly used for leveling and compacting garbage piles. Suitable for domestic waste and loose solid waste, the equipment can operate in complex working conditions such as muddy ground and steep slopes.
High-strength wear-resistant cutting teeth enable a one-time compaction and paving depth of over 1 meter, delivering high working efficiency and high garbage compaction density.
Equipped with an Shangchai engine rated at 192kW, it features powerful performance and superior climbing capability, perfectly suited for harsh working conditions at landfill sites.
Centralized lubrication system with a high-performance pump unit, which automatically performs regular lubrication for 12 working points. Operators do not need to enter the engine compartment to lubricate each point manually, greatly reducing maintenance time and achieving energy conservation and high efficiency.
Ultra-wide and ultra-high dozer blade gives full play to its large-capacity advantage in a single travel, reducing idle strokes and improving pushing and conveying efficiency.
Equipped with WG-type hydraulic torque converter and power shift transmission, it features wide application range, stable and reliable performance as well as convenient maintenance, which is widely recognized by domestic users.
