Pneumatic tire rollers adopt flexible tire rolling principle with unique kneading and compaction dual effects. They ensure uniform compaction and superior compactness, and effectively avoid surface cracking and shelling issues caused by rigid compaction.
Widely adaptable to various working conditions, the roller is ideal for compaction of road base layers, sub-base layers and cement stabilized macadam layers. It is also perfectly applicable to final compaction and finishing of asphalt surfaces and modified asphalt pavements, closing pavement gaps and enhancing the adhesion and overall service life of asphalt mixtures.

The front wheel is fully floating axle tire for effective compensation compaction.

Full hydraulic stepless speed regulation with single lever operation, delivering high safety and low working labor intensity.
Adopting the well-known closed hydraulic transmission system from Germany’s Linde Group, combined with specially manufactured drive axles, it forms a perfect traveling transmission system. The electronically controlled two-point variable hydraulic motor realizes a two-gear stepless speed regulation combination, easily meeting the speed and traction requirements of various working conditions.
To ensure the operational and driving safety of the pneumatic tire roller, the braking system consists of four types: service brake, parking brake, emergency brake and auxiliary brake.
