1. Excellent power system

2. Vibration wheel assembly
The vibration wheel is not only the driving wheel for walking, but also the main working device of the roller. The left and right mounting brackets are connected to the front frame. The other end of the left mounting bracket is connected to the front wheel reducer, which drives the front wheels through the driving flower plate and damping block. The stiffness of the vibration wheel drive side and vibration side rubber damping blocks is the same and can be interchanged. The left and right exciters are supported on the bearing seat through vibration specific bearings. Adding a small amount of engine oil to the vibration chamber results in low maintenance costs.
When the front wheels vibrate during operation, the oil is rotated by the amplitude modulation device and lubricated by two types of oil scooping devices during the rotation of the front wheels, which can start vibration in place without causing damage to the bearings. The vibration wheel also has a unique self cooling technology, greatly extending the life of the bearings. The vibration wheel technology is currently the most advanced technology in China.
The material of the steel wheel is low-alloy high-strength structural steel, and its yield strength, bending strength, stiffness, hardness, and wear resistance belong to the high material standards in the same industry. The edge of the steel wheel has a chamfer. The edge of the steel wheel is not easily worn.
2.1 In situ vibration technology

2.2 Dual exciter design, high compaction efficiency, good compaction effect
A "soft connection" is used between two exciters, with a patented steel wheel structure that can vibrate in place without damage. The advantage of the "soft connection" is that it buffers the rebound force. During the design, the imbalance between the left and right end walking motors and the vibration motor was compensated. Two exciters were evenly distributed along the axis of the vibration shaft in a ratio of 1:2:1, so that the vibration compaction force was evenly distributed to both ends of the steel wheel, and the compaction energy was evenly transmitted, improving the flatness. When the vibration jumps, both ends of the steel wheel can stay on the ground at the same time, reducing the axle load and adapting to high-intensity continuous construction. This can not only reduce uneven wear on both ends of the steel wheel, but also improve the smoothness of road compaction.
2.3 Four bearing support vibration shaft design, high reliability
Multiple support points, uniform load reduction, long service life of vibration bearings, and higher operational reliability. Vibration bearings are maintenance free parts!
2.4 Start stop vibration without impact exciter
Each exciter is filled with silicone oil, and the fully enclosed exciter chamber is filled with silicone oil. There is no impact during the start-up and shutdown of the vibration, further reducing the impact on the bearing. Low lubrication requirements, each steel wheel only requires 12L of engine oil. Mechanisms without this design require high-performance synthetic gear oil, which requires 60 liters per time.

3. Hydraulic system
3.1 Fully Hydraulic Drive System
Adopting imported brand axial piston variable displacement pump, with inclined plate design to achieve variable adjustment, the variable can be adjusted freely between zero and maximum displacement. Built in oil replenishment pump is used to replenish internal leaks, maintain positive pressure in the main circuit, provide cooling oil, replenish any leakage losses caused by external hydraulic valves or auxiliary systems, and provide pressure oil for the control system.
Variable pump and variable motor form a closed hydraulic system, which, together with other components in the system, completes the transmission and control of hydraulic energy. The variable motor is a dual position control system that achieves two speeds through arrangement and combination, while the variable pump achieves stepless speed regulation for forward/backward movement, adapting to the requirements of the roller under different working conditions.
3.2 Fully Hydraulic Vibration System
A closed hydraulic system is composed of a well-known brand axial piston variable displacement pump and an axial piston fixed displacement motor. The direction of the oil at the outlet of the variable displacement pump changes with the direction of the inclined plate, thereby achieving the switching of the motor output shaft in forward/reverse direction, that is, dual frequency. The front wheel left and right exciters have different positive/negative steering eccentricities, resulting in different amplitudes of front wheel vibration, i.e. double amplitude. The dual frequency and dual amplitude adaptive roller effectively compacts different types of materials and layers of different thicknesses.

3.3 Fully Hydraulic Steering System
An open hydraulic system is composed of a gear pump, a fully hydraulic steering gear, and a steering cylinder.
The steering operation is lightweight and flexible, providing optimal steering capability even in the harshest environments. The stability of the aircraft is better, and the risk of machine tipping is lower. The swing angle is large, the contact surface with the ground is larger, and the walking traction is stronger. The compaction effect is better and the compaction quality is more uniform. Equipped with two heavy-duty maintenance free hydraulic steering cylinders as standard, its accuracy, smoothness, and durability are far better than single hydraulic cylinder steering.

3.4 Hydraulic braking system
Divided into driving, parking, and emergency braking, using the center position function of the drive pump to achieve driving braking.
The drive axle and front wheel reducer are both equipped with brake discs, which are compressed by springs and release pressure oil. When the road roller is stopped, due to the lack of pressure oil, the brake disc closes and both the front and rear wheels cannot rotate.
In case of emergency, press the emergency brake button on the control box, the pressure oil is unloaded, the brake disc is closed, and the front and rear wheels immediately stop rotating. At the same time, the drive handle should be immediately placed in the center position.
4. Transmission system
The rear wheels are driven by tires, mainly composed of tires, wheels, and drive axles.
Tires are standard engineering vehicle specific wear-resistant wide base tires with high adhesion and good vibration damping performance. The standard wheel rim is connected to a heavy-duty, anti-skid drive axle, with bolts fixed to the drive axle and non removable. The nuts are axle specific ball nuts.
5. Operation and electrical system

6. Cab system

The arrangement of various control levers, steering wheel, driver's seat, and monitoring instruments inside the cab conforms to the principles of ergonomics.
