The 6th Member Representative Conference of China Construction Machinery and the 22nd High level Forum on the Development of Construction Machinery were held in Taiyuan, Shanxi on May 14, 2025. The world's first fully hydraulic dual drive vibratory roller was born in the 1970s. We know that the efficiency of one vibratory roller is equivalent to the work efficiency of five static rolling rollers. However, fully hydraulic vibratory rollers require high-end hydraulic components, and at that time, our country lacked the production capacity of high-end hydraulic components. Therefore, producing high-efficiency fully hydraulic vibratory rollers faced extremely high barriers and prices. It was in such a difficult external environment that China's first mechanical vibratory roller was born in Luojian, replacing high-end hydraulic components through structural conversion of transmission and clutch. This reflects the Chinese people's wisdom, independence, self-reliance and the spirit of striving hard.

In this situation, the leaders and technical personnel of Kotai Heavy Industry began to conduct in-depth research and analysis, and finally pioneered the fully hydraulic single drive roller, which maintains the advantages of hydraulic transmission such as easy operation, low failure rate, and low labor intensity, while adhering to the outstanding feature of mechanical low price. The product quickly occupied the market as soon as it was launched, and Kotai Heavy Industry has been able to develop rapidly for seven consecutive years. This transformation technology was quickly borrowed and transplanted by many domestic enterprises. The innovation carried out by Kotai Heavy Industry on the basis of upholding integrity has also received high praise from a large number of customers.

For example, in a highly demanding military airport construction project in Xizang, the product must be able to work 24 hours a day, and be continuously efficient and trouble free for several months. For example, in the construction of a large reservoir dam project in Xinjiang, many well-known enterprises participated in bidding. During the experimental verification process, only Kotai Heavy Industry's products were ultimately recognized; In the end, within a construction period of 2 and a half years, 9 all color Kotai 36 ton fully hydraulic vibratory rollers participated in the dam construction, completing the project construction task with high quality and efficiency, and receiving high praise from the engineering supervision party.
