Power system inspection
1. Check the engine oil level;
2. Check the radiator fluid level;
3. Clean the dust and debris on the surface of the radiator with high-pressure air (≤ 700KPa or 7kg/cm2) to prevent the efficiency of the cooling system from decreasing or failing;
4. Timely remove oil stains from the engine cylinder head.

Transmission system inspection
1. Check the transmission oil level, inspect and clean the transmission breather;
2. Check if the drive axle oil is sufficient, and add it promptly if the oil is insufficient;
3. Check and clean the drive axle respirator to ensure the unobstructed passage of the respirator;
4. Check tire pressure;
5. Check the bolts of the wheel rim and important parts and tighten them.

Electrical system inspection
1. Check the battery status
(1) Check the battery status indicator (electric eye):
Green: The battery is fully charged and can start the vehicle normally;
Black: The battery is low and needs to be recharged;
White: The battery is scrapped and needs to be replaced.
2. Check the tightness of the belt
(1) Check the fan belt;
(2) Check the air conditioning compressor belt.
3. Check the plug area to ensure that all connectors are not loose and that the pins are not corroded. If there are any abnormalities, use specialized cleaning agents to handle them. When aging or damage is found during regular inspection of the circuit, it must be promptly protected or replaced to prevent electrical circuits from short circuiting and causing fires.

Brake system inspection
1. Check the performance of the driving brake and the parking brake;
2. Check the oil level of the brake booster pump and add it promptly if the oil is insufficient;
3. Clean the sludge and dirt on the surface of the booster pump cover, ensuring the smooth flow of the oil cup cover exhaust hole and the respirator passage;
4. Check the wear level of brake calipers and brake pads, and replace them in a timely manner if there is excessive wear;
5. For models equipped with air drying tanks, maintenance must be carried out according to the maintenance requirements.
