Proper maintenance of road rollers can extend the service life of the machinery. We recommend the following methods for you:
1, Every day
1. Check for oil, water, and gas leaks, as well as overheating of the components of the roller;
2. Check the oil, coolant, and hydraulic oil levels of the diesel engine for the roller;
3. Check the tire pressure and damage of the roller;
4. Roller inspection instruments and lighting;
5. Apply grease to each hinge joint.
2, Every 50 hours
1. Check and tighten the front and rear drive shaft bolts;
2. Check the transmission oil level;
3. Check and adjust the foot brake and hand brake, as well as the oil level of the brake booster;
4. Check the throttle control and transmission control system;
3, Every 100 hours
1. Replace the transmission oil (every 600 hours thereafter) and clean the oil pan filter screen;
2. Change engine oil (change every 600 hours thereafter);
3. Check the liquid level of the battery and apply Vaseline to the battery terminals;
4. Check the tightness of the wheel rim, brake disc bolts, and axle bolts;
5. Check the tightness of each fastening bolt.
4, Every 200 hours
1. Check the oil level of the front and rear axles;
2. Clean the air filter (replace the filter element if necessary);
3. Clean the engine oil, diesel, and transmission oil filters;
4. Measure the tire pressure to be 0.27~0.31Mpa;
5. Check if the working device and front and rear frame welds are cracked;
6. Check the tightness of the generator and fan belts.
5, Every 600 hours
1. Replace the front and rear axle gear oil (replace every 1000 hours thereafter);
2. Clean the oil suction filter of the diesel tank;
3. Remove pollutants from the surface of the water tank and radiator;
4. Change the engine oil, engine oil, and diesel oil filter;
5. Replace the transmission oil and oil filter;
6. Check the engine valve clearance.
6, Every 1200 hours
1. Replace hydraulic oil, clean or replace oil filter, and clean oil tank;
2. Check the operation of the engine;
3. Check the working condition of the hydraulic system;
4. Check the performance of the steering system;
5. Check the performance of the braking system and replace the brake oil.
7, Every 2400 hours
1. Repair the engine according to the engine manual;
2. Disassemble and inspect the gearbox and torque converter;
3. Disassemble and inspect the front and rear axles;
4. Check the welds on all parts of the entire machine.
