The construction of road paving mainly involves a lot of human-machine cooperation, which increases the probability of safety accidents. To prevent accidents, it is necessary to improve the safety awareness of all operators. Develop this plan.
1, Construction organization
Firstly, the construction sub item supervisor should carefully plan before construction, organize the construction process tightly, and ensure that safety work runs through the entire construction process, forming a good working atmosphere of emphasizing safety in everything and paying attention to safety everywhere.
2, Construction traffic safety organization
1. Construction level crossings and access roads shall be marked with signs and safety protection facilities such as no traffic, left and right guidance for construction ahead, and no entry allowed at the construction site. During construction, the road surface shall be fully enclosed. Cement protective piers shall be placed on the construction section according to the relevant specifications in the traffic plan, steel pipe railings shall be set up in the middle, and a police officer and a security guard shall be set up to guard during the day. At night, the railings shall be locked to prohibit passage.
2. Within the construction area, a reflective cone is used to isolate the paving surface at a distance of 50 meters from the current day. Lane changing and speed limit signs are placed, and reflective cones are placed along the side of the half width of the paving surface at a distance of 1.5 meters and 20 meters apart. A work isolation area is set up to guide vehicles to move along the designated road.
3. During the dry season, construction dust is quite severe. When driving vehicles and equipment, it is necessary to maintain a safe distance, turn on lighting equipment, and strictly follow the speed limit standards.
4. Effective dust prevention measures should be taken in major construction areas and intersections, and dedicated personnel should be assigned to direct traffic at intersections to avoid external and internal traffic accidents caused by poor visibility.
5. Vehicles for picking up and dropping off personnel should be selected with drivers who are in good condition and have excellent driving skills. Speeding, overloading, and the phenomenon of carrying people on the top of the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
3, The paving operation of asphalt mixture paver should comply with the following regulations
1. Before paving asphalt concrete, listen to the weather forecast and avoid construction on cloudy and rainy days. If encountering rainy days, the already laid asphalt concrete should be timely rolled and sealed before rain, and future asphalt concrete soaked in rainwater should be removed after rain. On rainy days, due to poor visibility conditions, construction personnel should maintain a certain safe distance from construction machinery;
2. The construction site must do a good job in traffic safety, and the construction section should be closed and non construction vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering. Warning signs should be set up at busy intersections, and a dedicated person should be assigned to command them. At night construction, warning signs or reflective signs should be set up near intersections and benchmark piles. The lighting must be bright and without any dark corners, and a dedicated person should be assigned to manage the lighting;
3. A dedicated person should be assigned to command and manage the unloading and traffic diversion of the unloading truck, and a dedicated person should be responsible for directing the paving operation of the paver;
4. All on-site operators must wear qualified protective equipment according to regulations;
5. The driver's bridge and work site should have a wide view and remove all obstacles that may hinder work. Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to stay on the bridge during homework. Drivers are not allowed to leave their posts without permission;
6. When the transport vehicle unloads materials from the paver, a dedicated person must be assigned to command and ensure that the vehicles coordinate and move synchronously to prevent collisions;
7. After entering the site, the driving speed of construction vehicles should be controlled within 20Km/h. A speed limit construction sign should be set up 100m before and after the paver works, with a speed limit of 5Km/h, to avoid traffic accidents caused by vehicles traveling at high speeds;
8. Gear shifting must be carried out when the paver is completely stopped, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully shift gears or slide in neutral on slopes;
9. When preheating the ironing plate, the heat should be controlled to prevent deformation due to local overheating. During the heating process, there must be a dedicated person to supervise it;
10. Drive steadily and avoid sudden turns. When working on bends, the distance between the end of the ironing device and the curbstone should not be less than 10cm to avoid collision;
11. When cleaning the paver with diesel, do not approach an open flame.
4, General safety precautions for paving operations
1. Asphalt operators should undergo physical examinations. Those who suffer from conjunctivitis, skin diseases, and allergic reactions to asphalt should not engage in asphalt work. Personnel engaged in asphalt operations must apply protective ointment to the exposed parts of their skin.
2. Mechanical operations shall strictly follow the operating procedures of various models and relevant rules and regulations, and shall not violate regulations or engage in rough operations.
When working with human-machine cooperation, operators should concentrate their thoughts, maintain a suitable safe distance, do not command operations in violation of regulations, and always be careful of the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents.
4. When carrying out work, all protective equipment must be worn. Workers must wear safety shoes, reflective vests, and are prohibited from working barefoot or without reflective vests. If found, they will be punished according to relevant project regulations. During asphalt work, specific protective shoes must be worn to prevent burns.
5. When working with machinery, there should be a dedicated person to direct the operation, and the command should be clear and accurate to prevent illegal command.
6. Operators are not allowed to play, play, rest or lie down on the lane, and are not allowed to linger, rest or sleep in the front, back, or bottom of mechanical equipment or vehicles.
7. Non construction workers are not allowed to stay at the construction site. Local residents who enter the construction site should be promptly discouraged and allowed to leave.
8. Newly employed personnel in sub projects must undergo job technical training and briefing before they can start working.
5, Precautions for nighttime construction
1. According to the specific situation of the construction site, corresponding lighting facilities must be configured, and the lighting facilities must meet the light intensity of night construction, with no lighting blind spots on site.
2. All mechanical equipment and vehicle lighting facilities must be ensured to be in good condition and normal operation.
3. Before starting the equipment, the equipment operator must personally confirm that there are no personnel or objects around the equipment before starting the construction operation. Pay close attention to the surrounding environment during operation to ensure safety.
4. In addition to strictly complying with various rules and regulations for daytime construction, operators should also be careful not to linger in hazardous areas such as poorly lit ditches, equipment edges, and roadbed edges to prevent accidents caused by poor visibility. Especially when stopping work and resting midway, personnel must concentrate on non driving areas with broad vision and strong lighting to rest.
5. The on-site work supervisor shall strengthen inspections during nighttime construction, promptly correct the bad behavior of local employees, and order them to make corrections.
